I found this website You Are Beautiful over at Una Bella Vita, A Beautiful Life . They are a website dedicated to speading this simple message...If you send them a stamped addressed envelope, they will send you some free "you are beautiful" stickers! I've just sent mine off today, but it might be a few months before I get anything back. I also put in a SAE for Ciara, I'm not going to tell her about the site and hopefully in a few months time, she will get an envelope full of "you are beautiful" stickers and she will have no idea where they've come from!
